A plain-language summary of how Ravok Social handles member information.
When you register for a Ravok Social member account we may collect: your display name, email address, country or region, authentication records, account status, terms-acceptance records, security and activity logs, and any messages you voluntarily send to our support channels.
Your information is used to create and secure your member account, verify eligibility, deliver community features and rewards, respond to support requests, prevent abuse and fraud, and keep the community safe.
Passwords are handled through our authentication provider using industry-standard hashing. Ravok Social administrators do not see and cannot recover your password. If you forget it, use the password reset flow to set a new one.
We don't sell member data. Limited information may be shared with trusted service providers strictly to operate community services, always under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
We keep member information for as long as your account is active and, where applicable, for the additional time needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and legal compliance.
You can request updates, corrections or deletion of your data through our official Facebook Page or Telegram account. Some records may need to be retained for security, fraud prevention and legal compliance even after account deletion.
We use browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember essential preferences for the Ravok Social experience. We don't sell this information.
